All public wireless networks are not secure – both free and paid. This includes WiFi connections at coffee shops, libraries, airports, hotels and parks. WiFi Dashboard provides the tools to better understand your WiFi connection and security status, as well as the risks associated with public WiFi.
WiFi Dashboard easily illustrates your level of security with color coded live tiles: red indicates insecure; blue indicates WPA, WPA2, hardwired, or dial-up; green indicates VPN encryption; and black indicates no Internet connection.
